However, because of the experiences of life's journey on the Earth, the mind can become broken and parenthesised; the heart can become broken and closed; the emotional body can be soured with human emotion and so on. And by what's happened in the mental body and the emotional body this spills into the physical body, and then the physical body breaks down, and all of this converges on the spiritual body. So it is the four-body system that we abide in that needs fixing and not the real beautiful you that you are. Once the four bodies are healed then all the glory of your Soul has a chance to expand through the outer self.
